We ship worldwide, we use the main post office POSTI GROUP Oyj for all deliveries. All deliveries  outside Finland are fully tracked with a tracking number. Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers, If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

All international customers duties and Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international (outside Finland) order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

Domestic returns: Free on full priced items posti group Oyj (only).

Rest of the world: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns outside Finland. We recommend choosing your most reliable service and sending your parcel tracked.
